Our Story
Massa Pasta was founded by husband and wife team Sesil and Chef Yosif, driven by a shared dream of opening a warm, welcoming neighborhood pasta kitchen.
After years of experience in hospitality and food, we wanted to create a place where pasta is not just a dish — but the heart of the experience. At Massa Pasta, everything begins with the dough. Each morning, fresh pasta is made in-house, paired with carefully crafted sauces and seasonal ingredients.
Our goal is simple:

Half Italian and half Greek, Chef Yosif grew up surrounded by Mediterranean flavors and family traditions centered around food.
He graduated top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu, refining his technique and deepening his respect for classic culinary craftsmanship.
